“We loved our night at the Red Hobbit! My 10 year old son was in total heaven. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and the shower surrounded by electric candles was pretty magical. We ate breakfast on the picnic table drinking out of the mushroom mugs, while my kids ran around the “shire.” We had a blast, and my son is already asking when we can go back :) Thanks! ”

“The queen bed in the lower section was firmer than i like and the bedding wasnt as nice as i expected although i did think the pillows were nice. The ceiling fan in the kiving room had a pretty thick layer of dust on the edges as i am sure reaching it is difficult without a ladder but still should not be over looked. There was food stains on the lower kitchen cabinets but it was minor. I felt like the people cleani g could spend more time cleaning or be more thorough. Some people complain about……
