There was an overwhelming smell of propane gas. Bathrooms had a very unpleasant smell as well.

The hotel was in pretty good condition, very nice and clean. The only thing I would note is the shower water pressure is quite light, and it does take a good few minutes to become hot. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the hotel, and the quality was great for the cost. I would definitely say it's a solid choice if you come to Cusco and want to be in the historic centre area. The hotel also has a great location, being very close to a number of different shops, cafes, and restaurants. We tried new places to eat every night, and they were all amazing. Additionally, there were a couple laundry shops within 5 minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient for us. One thing I would note though, is the hotel is on an uphill from the majority of the shops and main areas of the historic centre, so walking back to the hotel might be a bit tiring/challenging, especially if you're experiencing altitude sickness. The hotel does offer complementary coca tea though, so that was nice to have throughout our stay o try and alleviate symptoms.

Like - Very Cute facility - Very pleasant and helpful staff - Restaurant at the site - Plants and vegetation at the sight. Feels like an amazing garden. It has a character. Didn't Like - Room floor seems dirty. It might be with the tiles structure they have. With allergies expecting better inside floor cleanliness

Lobby is nice but rooms are very dated and the whole place has fluorescent lighting and needs some upkeep. There is a restaurant but it is pretty average and breakfast is a lot of packaged items.

Cute little place close to the main plaza but without the craziness. Breakfast was great.
