Pro: Staff was fine. Nothing special but did what they needed to. The room stayed cool through the night. Con: Everything else! The room was not clean at all! Hair on the shower wall, in the sink, on the counter, and on the floor. NO HOT WATER! The shower, at best, got to lukewarm. The sink didn't drain. We were there on probably their busiest night (STP) but I would still expect a clean rom especially for $140/night!

They do not have an on-site office. You have to go to another property and they don’t tell you that until you arrive. The room is very basic. Lots of rules and lots of signs and the young woman that greeted me made it feel like an interrogation asking me all kinds of questions even though I tried to engage in conversation with her. The fan was stuck on and ran on high all night and the light switch was broken. Even at 50% occupancy at $200 a night they should be able to keep a property up when collecting $3000 or $4000 per month for less than 200 ft.².

Room was clean, check in was quick, and bed was good. Be prepared for the loud car noises in the morning but overall it was good.

The shower was amazing but the room smell of smoke even though no smoke allowed and I needed to sighn a waver saying no smoke! I complained and I was not given another room due to no available. Which I understand and I asked a not be put on my reservation this accorded. Yet, the next morning abone check out no note was to be found and I let the desk agent know again. It did smelled better by morning but it was bad when I arrived being a no smoking person. I was shocked they cleared the room and was given not even a discount for my discomfort.

Phenomenal service. Beautiful, clean & well maintained property. Excellent restaurants. 10 out of 10 will go again.
