“Some of the jets worked, some did not. We've stayed a few times before, and were always very happy. This time when tub did not work properly we were told since we booked through Expedia they were unable to compensate us in any way. Very disappointing.”

“The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.”

“property and room were clean, so clean that it was an overwhelming smell of bleach. the shower didn't work and the faucet barely ran hot water.”

“We checked in late. The lady who helped us was very kind. We stayed for the weekend, and they are updating stuff. So we tried to use the shower, and it wasn't draining, so they moved us to the new building and rooms. Very beautiful and clean, I loved how they treated us here. We felt out of place being from a different culture and race, but this made us feel human, and they always smiled. No one was rude, and I appreciate that so much.”
