"I was one of the hottest days of the year but every single window was locked and there were no keys. I tried ringing the number given but there was no answer. I sent a text but was ignored. The toilet seat was broken and the TV would not work. The listing on Vrbo stated shower but it was actually a high bath with shower over and no grab rail or shower mat, which was no good for me as I have mobility problems.
