“Complete absence of service or hospitality. I will be asking for a refund. Service? Nope Front desk open 3-7pm. 24 hours, 3 different contacts…? Nope. I called no less than 15 times to each of the 3 proffered contact numbers when locked out of my room- no answer or call rejected. One of the numbers- on the official property literature and signs outside reception- actually said to me: “ I have nothing to do with this hotel. I have no idea why my number is there!” After an hour of standing out……

“I highly recommend stopping here if you are on the Camino and want to stop in Caminha or Seixas. The private rooms are small but very nice. I had a view of the beautiful cathedral in town right outside my window. There is a beautiful view of the Minho River from the deck outside. The shared bathroom is very clean and the shared common room was large (as well as the kitchen). Patricia who runs it is also very kind and helpful. Definitely a 5 star stay!”

“El alojamiento en si ya se ve que es de los años 70, pero eso es lo de menos. Limpieza bien, ropa de cama limpia y colchones cómodos. El personal..... bueno el personal bien, el chico joven muy simpático agradable y educado,la chica de limpieza simpática, pero la señora por decirlo de alguna manera educada y respetuosa ( cosa que ella no tiene ) que dirige el hostal no sé si es dueña o gerente del negocio o encargada, es una persona muy mal encarada trata mal a los clientes, los trata con……

“Got the best sleep on the Camino in this little gem. Super friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms in a quiet part of Baiona. In addition, lots of little cool things that add up…foot gels, free bottled water, included breakfast and fast wifi. Would love to stay again.”

“En realidad no sabria que destacar porque en global lo puntuaria con un 15 si pudiera, empezando por el trato tan directo de Tito y Lorena que te hacen sentir como en tu propia casa, siempre tan atentos a todo, no se les escapa ni un detalle, Tito se encarga todas las mañanas de plantearte el dia para que puedas disfrutar de lo mejor de cada pueblo o ciudad, los desayunos que prepara Lorena son una MARAVILLA todos los dias diferentes y todo casero increible, la habitacion todos los dias……
