“We attempted to check in early, that was not well received... nor would the front desk reception even acknowledge my request. She rudely stated "your rooms not ready" with zero attempt to offer a solution or another option. I even requested to upgrade to anything available as we were on a time schedule. That only seemed to offend her more. [(9/12/26) 1:30] My husband also witnessed an verbal altercation between management and a guest in the main lobby. That was extremely uncomfortable.
