"We are a family of my husband and me, 2 adult children and their partners plus a 2 year old grandchild. 2 of us travelled by train and bus and the others by plane and car hire. Both Andrea, the owner and Angela, the local manager, were excellent with communicating about the property and arranging for our arrival and departure. They are very welcoming, generous and jolly.The house itself is extremely spacious. We had sole use of the property with access to all the rooms downstairs plus one bedroom and one bathroom upstairs. The rooms and beds were large and comfortable and the showers good. The outside is equally spacious with a well tended garden and patio areas in the sun and the shade offering ample space for meals and relaxing. The shower in the garden was fabulous and allowed us to wash off sand before entering the house. A godsend. There is ample parking for 3, or even more, cars.What sets this property apart is the direct access to the beach. It made the holiday. If you're seeking a relaxing beach holiday with the easiest access to the beach that is possible, with space for everybody, this is the place for you. "

"Very comfortable stay at this beautiful property. Clean and bright. Great water pressure for shower and toilette. Walking distance to the beautiful white sandy Fontane Bianchi beach. Very thoughtful picnic basket full of goodies provided by the wonderful hostess. "

"This was an excellent villa, with great amenities and in a perfect location. Communication with he owner and their local representative was very good. The nearby bars and beach cafe were very easily walked to, were very well priced, and offered good selections of tasty snacks and drinks. Access to the beach was simple, but the listing should mention that the final part involves 3 steep wooden steps down some steep rocks onto the sand - easy enough for able-bodies adults, but small children and older folk may find it tricky and hazardous. Otherwise - a wonderful villa in a wonderful location! We may even go again!!"

The location was perfect – just a 2-minute walk to the sea and within easy reach of both Syracuse and Noto.What truly made our stay special was the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality from Hector. He went above and beyond, even providing a delicious meal and drinks on our very late arrival, and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.A wonderful place to stay – highly recommended!"

"We came in from the USA. We really enjoyed the stay. The property is well-maintained and clean and the pool is awesome.Beds work are super comfortable-great shower-and the kitchen was nice too. We found Avola to be a great location close to the highway. We were surprised that there is way more restaurants than we anticipated seeing online.Grocery stores in the area are cheap in my mind. And it was great buying real pasta and meats and the wine here is so cheap.It can be a little tricky finding the house but once you do, it’s simple. We had one smaller size SUV. There was a good parking spot. If you had more than one vehicle, that may be a little complicated.The host is super friendly. And very, very accommodating and communicates really well. I would highly recommend this property to anybody who wants an authentic Sicilian experience with very good modern amenities."
