The bathroom in the room was not in good shape. The black out drapes were not not working properly. The breakfast was same everyday, it should be changed every day. No butter was available for the toast.

Everything felt unclean, barely maintained. The carpets in the main lobby were disgusting, the carpet in our room was coming up, the beds had a bare minimum amount of linens. We asked for extra pillows and a comforter for the pull out couch and got half of what we asked for and some sheets. 😒 All in all it feels like an old building that needs updates and they are overcharging because it looks like it would be nice from the outside. Several things didn’t work- like QR codes for info and staff did nothing to give an alternative or help. The pool was broken, I mean… I could go on. Only plus was breakfast was good. Highly disappointed and definitely overpaid.

Our room was a disappointment. It was clean and spacious but the black out shade was rolled up and laying on top of the air conditioner. Unusable! The bathroom sink drained as a trickle. The night clerk woke us up at 11:45 pm with a phone call to ask if we had checked in! How ridiculous. How would we have gotten room keys, etc. Ruined my husband's night of sleep after a long day traveling.
