Fui extremamente mal recebida na minha chegada ao hotel, já que os atendentes nao aceitavam que eu havia feito o pagamento pelo site. Tive inclusive que abrir o aplicativo do meu banco, ja que nao aceitaram o comprovante de pagamento disponibilizado pela hoteis.com, mas nada disso foi suficiente. Disseram que no dia seguinte a outra funcionária resolveria comigo (mesmo eu afirmando que nao tinha nada pra resolver com eles, que o pagamento havia sido feito e que se houvesse algum problema ele deveria ser resolvido com a plataforma parceira). Fui exposta ao ridículo ja que outros hospedes chegaram a se envolver na situação afirmando que o pagamendo deveria ser feito na chegada ao local. No dia seguinte nao me deram nenhum retorno. O pedido de desculpas só veio após o meu questionamento se a situação havia sido resolvida. O café da manha é farto mas nada estava fresco. Se você tiver um sono leve e nao estiver extremamente cansado, dificilmente conseguirá pegar no sono. A acomodação estava bem limpa mas algumas roupas de cama cheiravam a suor.

O atendimento dos funcionários foi muito cordial e prestativo, dando dicas sobre pontos a visitar e conhecer na cidade. O café da manhã nos surpreendeu! Boa variedade de pães salgados, pães doces, bolos, frutas, ovos mexidos. Estava muito bom mesmo.
