Beautiful house on Lake Rathbun w/pool in Spring 2024

Our house features 3 queen sized bedrooms plus a spacious living room with 2 sofa/sleepers and a basement family room with 1 sofa & 2 recliners. We have 3 additional air mattresses stored in a closet for your use as well (2) queen and (1) twin size. Also the basement has a nice office area and bar/entertaining area for all of our guest with walk out basement to enjoy. We have a very large deck around 3/4 of our house so you can view the lake anytime day or night. It features a BBQ grill and furniture as well as a ceiling fan for those hot days. We’re located within 1/2 mile of the OHV Park and we’re within 1/2 mile of a boat ramp where you can enjoy fishing, boating etc. amazing place for Eagle Watching. We have several amenities for you to enjoy while staying at our house. Thanks for looking!! We will be adding a swimming pool in the spring of 2024

The location was great. We were less than 5 minutes away from the boat ramp and had suffient parking on property for multiple vehicles and a boat. Only complaint is the gas grill which was not clean when we arrived. The property manager did bring us an electric grill to use for the weeekend as well.

Our stay
Very good, well appointed and very clean, tiny kitchen. Porch was the most popular gathering point, could have used at set of stackable lawn chairs and a roll down sun screen. Nice gas grill, needed a back up gas tank, ran out while we were cooking. Driveway gate needs some tlc wind blew the latch off. Gate is a necessity with the closeness of the highway. Overall a great well decorated house with a great driveway I could turn my truck and pontoon boat around in the driveway with two other cars parked there. Very clean!
