The staff was the best part of the trip. Everyone was exceptionally nice and welcoming. The room didn’t look like it was cleaned properly. The food for someone who is Colombian/American wasn’t what I expected. I loved the people outside in back of the hotel where the beach, they were selling souvenirs. It was good for the price.

Nice sea view room, location, facilities, and breakfast. Lunch and dinner not so good. Repetitive menu and not very fresh food. Good pizza and fresh juices. The worst part was 2 very loud corporate events on 2 of our 4 nights there till early morning. Great disrespect for the guests’ rest. (It was low season so hotel not full)

Beautiful resort right on the beach in Santa Marta. Very close to the airport but a ways from the city proper. Rooms was great. Restaurant was fabulous. Getting transport from airport was a bit messy but getting to the airport was simple and easy.
