Room was spotless. Staff kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, neighbors in room next door extremely noisy. Consider asking for a room NOT adjacent to a room with a hot tub.

Overall it was great, minus a few things. Only one elevator was operational, so there were some waits for an elevator. Luxury House private pool & Indoor Basketball court/Movie theater
We had the absolute best trip! It was a wonderful location, incredible and spacious spot, and great views. It was the best getaway and we can’t wait to come back.

Seven Springs Resort Properties
Couch has hard plastic cord sticking out of top of edging that hurts when you sit back. Several burned out lights on kitchen track light & bathroom bar light. Great kitchen & bedroom!
