This superb apartment is in a fantastic location to enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer by foot, and is moments away from the Plymouth Ferry port which can take you to Spain or France. A perfect stay either side for trips to and from FRANCE & SPAIN!

*Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10PM and 8am.
*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.
We require completion of our reservation form which includes agreement to our T&Cs, provision of government issued photo ID and a card pre-authorisation of £300 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the £300, unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
Please note: The lift in the building is currently out of order. The property can be accessed via stairs. We cannot accept cancellations once bookings have been made, but have added a discount to the nightly prices to reflect this, thank you for your understanding.
