"Dies war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube. Von der Terrasse aus bis ins Meer nur 1 Minute zu gehen. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit genügend Freiraum für alle. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager. Jeden Morgen begrüßten uns 6 Schildkröten die im Garten bleiben. Frische Kräuter um selbst zu Kochen oder zu Grillen. Ausgesattet mit Allem was man benötigt. Restaurants und Cocktailbars mit fairen Preisen fußläufig erreichbar. Supermärkte genügend vorhanden und auch sehr nahe. Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Ruhiges Reiseziel, mehr Einheimische, als Turisten. Meiner Meinung nach besser als man es sich laut der Anzeige vorstellen kann. Sowohl Bezahlung unkompliziert als auch, dass wenn ich Etwas von der Vermiterin brauchte immer sofort eine Antwort da war. Sehr sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Very nice place, nicely situated within a 10 minute drive to Orebić. The building is a bit dated, but the view was exceptional, the salt water pool was very clean and refreshing, the breakfast was a convenient start to the day, and the staff were very helpful/approachable."

"An exceptional place for a multigenerational family visit. Granny had her own studio downstairs with an accessible shower and easy access to the swimming pool for exercises. Teenagers paddle boarded, swam, cycled, played tennis and football. Younger kids trampolined. So useful to have a central kitchen and eating area. The five two bedroom flats were clean and well-equipped. Our nervousness before arriving was around the reviews of Ploce the town, which is ugly by anyone’s standards: but it makes no difference, being over the hill and invisible, with the glorious Adriatic coastline at Gradac only 15 minutes away. A super holiday for all of us: my only ask of Pero (who is endlessly helpful) is for a toaster for breakfast!"

"Danke an Ivan und seine Familie für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Villa Solar.Das Haus war sauber und alles sah gepflegt und einladend aus. Es ist ein ländliches Gehöft mit 3 Häusern. Sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Der private Pool war 1A und immer sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung war komplett und funktionell. Für 8 Personen wird es eventuell etwas knapp, auch mit den Sitzmöglichkeiten, aber mit 6 Personen sind wir sehr gut zurecht gekommen.Einzigster Kritikpunkt ist das Internet. Das ist sehr langsam und hat ständig Aussetzer. Leider ist auch der 5G-Empfang nicht besonders gut. Hier sollte Ivan vielleicht über Star-Link als Alternative nachdenken. Wir waren mit 3 Teenager dort, entsprechend kann man sich die Problematik vorstellen … !Wir hatten uns den Ort auch ausgesucht, um an den nahegelegenen Bacina Lakes auf Schwarzbarsch zu angeln. Der Zugang zu den Seen ist allerdings sehr eingeschränkt, durch Steilwände und Schilfgürtel. Ivan hat aber ein privates Gelände direkt am See, mit einem Steg. Dieses erreicht man nur zu Fuß in 15 Minuten. Der Schwarzbarsch-Bestand ist wirklich gut und wir kamen voll auf unsere Kosten, auch wenn der ganz große Fisch nicht anbeißen wollte. Leider hat Ivan kein Boot vor Ort liegen was man noch nutzen könnte. Dann würde man noch deutlich besser und erfolgreicher angeln können.Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und somit war es ein gelungener Urlaub bei Ivan und seiner Familie."

"Guest House Kiko was exactly as advertised. Room was clean and host communicated well on how to meet once we arrived. The location was ideal for visiting Mljet National Park (which is just a few steps away) and staying in Pomena with a spectacular view. The restaurant attached had a lot of charm, friendly staff and great food."

"The bedroom was spacious and we also had a lovely balcony with views down to the harbour. We were met by our host on arrival and he showed us on a map some places to see in the national park. Due to ferry times, we arrived before the normal check-in time but our room was still ready which was appreciated. The bed was a bit soft but we still managed to sleep well. The window shutters helped to keep it nice and dark too and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchenette was small but well equipped, although we didn't cook that much as the range stocked by the local shop was not that wide! The one downside was the water for showering and washing up which was tepid most of the time. "
