"The lock when we got there had to be replaced which was annoying after waiting all day and not getting early checking. Constantly had to have the dishwasher repaired until they decided to get a new on ena then still needed repairs. Plumbing/flushing issue with one of the toilets, the vacuum didn’t work either. Rosanna was very responsive and available to assist with these issues but ideally these things would’ve been all done before we got there and not constantly calling them. If these issues...
