A great set of rooms and community. Lily was quick to respond to communions and very accommodating.

Not like the pictures. Was clean just older motel. Paid laundry on site was good.

Room and hotel was clean The included breakfast had sausage, eggs, fruit etc- beyond my expectations Staff was helpful with everything immediately. Rafael helped us with the luggage up the stairs Location was one block from the main downtown Queen Street and it was walkable to the harbour.

The rooms were quite clean, but overall the place is quite dated. The room was very musty so we left the windows open for the duration of the 1 night stay because we weren't convinced the air conditioner would do the job. There was a microwave and coffeemaker but we didn't use them and there wasn't any coffee anyways. If you are looking for a quiet place to lay your head this is the ticket. It you plan to spend alot of time in the room you likely want to stay elsewhere.

It felt overpriced for what we got. There was a sign on the air conditioner not to use as it had been shut off for winter. When I tracked down staff to ask, they said they forgot to take the sign down. The concrete of the pool was cracked and chipped and they covered it with a liner, the whole pool area felt unloved.
