"The owners are very attentive, and present the Ryokan as your being a guest in their home. The traditional tatami is clean and comfortable. Lots of art and Japanese mementos all over, make you feel that you are in aJapanese home. Hot baths too!"

"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches. "Breakfast was great and the nearby supersento was really a treat. The showerhead was very nice with multiple settings and great water pressure.
The parking looked good, the hotel was uphill from the station and the shuttle stopped at 8pm, but it was easy to go by bus from the nearby Hashimoto station.
The morning shuttle went to Hachioji Station, about 15 minutes away."

"Very friendly staff, brilliant breakfast options with a lot of variety. Hotel is located in a great location near transport lines. Definitely would stay here again 😊"
"Clean, quiet hotel despite being in one of the busiest parts of Tokyo. Staff are all very friendly and professional. Would happily recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tokyo."
"Really nice hotel, very clean and comfortable and rooms were a good size compared to others that we had stayed in Tokyo. Appreciated all of the free amenities that were available. We were also very grateful that they were able to store our bags for a few days before check in while we were travelling elsewhere. Highly recommend "
"This is a great hotel, although yes the room is very small, it wasn’t the worst thing… most of the time my boyfriend and I aren’t in the room anyways and we each had one luggage + backpack and it was fine but if you’re someone that travels with more than that or then the rooms probably won’t work for you. Overall I loved it. It’s affordable, great location and the worth the stay. I would definitely recommend and come back "
