First room had an inop TV. Broken window. Missing refrigerator and a leak in the bathroom ceiling that dripped water and had been there long enough for black mold to form. Second room was ok

The lodge was wonderful and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. However, when we first arrived, there two very unfriendly (bordering on rude) employees at the front desk. The person on the desk later was much better.
