The vacation home offers an idyllic retreat, yet is only a few minutes’ drive from the charming shops and restaurants of Pollensa’s old town, as well as the popular beach resorts of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. Highlights include a private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, 1.20 to 2.10 meters deep), surrounded by exotic palm trees, a spacious barbecue area, and a tastefully designed interior in a classic style. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in all three bedrooms are, of course, included.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious sun deck and a well-manicured lawn—ideal for relaxing under the Mallorcan sun. Under a romantic pergola covered in grapevines, a cozy seating area invites you to linger. A large dining table with chairs offers plenty of space for shared meals outdoors. Off to the side of the garden is the fully equipped barbecue area with a brick grill, sink, countertop, and another dining table and chairs. There is also a restroom and an utility room available.
A wrought-iron gate leads to a private driveway with ample parking for your rental car. In front of the villa, a shaded terrace with stone-clad columns, sloping beams, and a small table with chairs invites you to enjoy the picturesque view of the distant mountains.
The interior of the villa combines the charm of a traditional Mallorcan country house with modern amenities. The living room features a decorative wood-burning stove, stylish furnishings, and comfortable seating. A dining table with chairs completes the room, which is connected to the kitchen by a round archway. The kitchen features an inviting breakfast table, views of the surrounding orchards, and a patio door that leads directly to the rear terrace.
The villa’s bedrooms are as comfortable as they are charming: one double bedroom with access to the front terrace and two tastefully furnished twin bedrooms. All three bedrooms offer ample storage space, rustic wooden beam ceilings, and elegant tile floors that highlight the traditional character of the house. Two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and one with a shower—are available. Air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms ensure maximum comfort in every season.
