It is surrounded by lush bushes and mountains. This villa offers a unique and authentic feeling as soon as you enter. The living room features a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. The dining area is typical of country houses, with its wooden beam ceiling, while the kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a built-in barbecue. There is also a utility room equipped with a washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms in this villa. The master bedroom (double) has an en-suite bathroom and a beautiful terrace, a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the sun. The other 2 bedrooms have two single beds each. There is a bathroom with a bathtub with shower and toilet, and a shower room with toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Outside, there is an impressive patio offering plenty of space. The private pool will delight all guests. It is located next to an orchard of fruit trees and a landscaped area with lawn, and features sun loungers and umbrellas.
