The room was very clean, though a bit small; the staff members were amazingly helpful; breakfast was excellent - both plentiful and tasty.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It has a pretty, contemporary, fun, music themed aesthetic. The room was large and the inner courtyard balcony enjoyable. Breakfast and afternoon reception were good but not extensive. It was lovely to hear different performers on each of the afternoons we were there. Service at this hotel is next level - consistent throughout. I don’t know if it’s hiring or training or a combination but they are doing it much better than most. Everyone we encountered was highly professional and seemed genuine. Special thanks to our server Victoria from Ukraine. I spent a few hours in the spa facility and found it to be a clean tranquil experience - a real treat. The rooftop bar was a highlight. Unique view of the church and surrounding area. We were also delighted to take in a female electric violinist accompanying a dj - great music!

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The rooms, facilities and service were all first class, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only area that let it down slightly was breakfast. The staff worked incredibly hard and were always friendly, but there simply weren't enough of them to cope with the morning rush, which led to delays. The chef could also improve the poached eggs. Every morning mine arrived hard rather than runny, even after I asked for them to be redone. A relatively minor issue in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. If we return to the area, we would definitely choose to stay here again. It's a top-class hotel that I would happily recommend.
