The building was completely refurbished in 2021\. Amenities include a heated pool, grilling area, covered parking and a beachfront deck with picnic tables and lounge chairs. Restaurants are within walking distance or just a short drive away. Great view from balcony, building is beach front and access to the water was very easy. We like Southpoint and this is the best unit we’ve stayed at so far. The only downside was the check out was at 9 am.
