"Realizo una reserva en Hotels.com que por problemas informáticos aparece dos veces;y al llegar al Hotel me dicen que no tienen el cobro y me piden la tarjeta de crédito. Reclamo a hotels.com por la doble y me dicen que el Hotel no contesta, también reclamo el pago al Hotel y dicen hacer un reingreso que nunca llegó ....Así que hoy procedí a la reclamacíón por via oficial y a la finalización con Hotels.com que es Expedia y con la cual tenía relación por más de 10 años....pasando a la competencia...
