Wonderful beach house!
Ocean Therapy is a beautiful home that allows a top-notch beach vacation. The kitchen has designer appliances and is well supplied. The furnishings are beautiful, comfortable and practical. The upper balcony is heavenly in the late afternoon when the sun is setting in the west and the breeze is cool and steady. The downstairs deck is a wonderful place for lunch or dinner while still being able to enjoy the beach. Armando is an excellent host and obviously cares about his guests having a superlative experience. Highly recommend Ocean Therapy!

Perfect (really perfect!) Family Beach Getaway
Amazing house, with a fantastic floor plan and dazzling ocean views. Every bedroom has privacy, ocean view and a bathroom. The bedrooms open up into an unbelievable two story open space with a first floor patio and second story deck facing the beautiful beach. The beach is wonderful with a decent surf break. Limited public access in the immediate area left us feeling like we had a private beach. Ten to fifteen minute drive to all the fun restaurants, bars, museums and all the other fun things to do in Saint Augustine. This was the absolute perfect place for our family and we hope to do it again. The one negative thing was… just kidding, there was none. Like I said at the beginning … it was perfect!!!

Experience of a lifetime!
I can’t say enough about the experience I had with both the property and the owner. The communication with the owner was impressive and the property was even better than described. Sitting out on back porch was like having a chair right on the beach! Literally no walking over a boardwalk or through some dunes. It was right there! The house was beautifully laid out and everyone had a great night of sleep. I am one of those guests that don’t like seeing dirt in corners or properties that haven’t been cleaned well and honestly there was nothing that wasn’t completely cleaned even in corners, under furniture or on surfaces. This is probably the best experience I have had with a VRBO property with an owner that knows how to do it right.

Griswold Beach Vacation
This house has it all, fabulous ocean views from every floor and plenty of space for our family of 9. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and there were plenty of chairs and various beach supplies stored in the garage for our use. The weather was perfect so every meal was eaten outside on the patio. Communication from Armando was excellent throughout our stay. This was a great beach getaway for our family, we will definitely return!

We booked this house for a beach getaway with our parents and children to spend some time with family who live out of state. The weather was gorgeous, house had everything we needed to relax and have fun at the beach, and the views and peace and quiet cannot be beat! We would definitely stay here again in the future. This home fit all our needs. We had 4 adults working remotely and 2 grandparents watching 4 children while they worked. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and accomplish our tasks. It was great having the beach right outside for us to enjoy. The house was supplied with all the beach toys and equipment we needed, as well as lots of kitchen items. We would certainly stay here again!

Therapy Is An Understatement!
We sat in the living room overlooking the ocean for hours with phones or conversation. Impossible, right? Wrong. This house had everything we need! Management even call offering us early entry, that's a first. STAY HERE! I will caution you only 5 or less spacing for parking, but It's still a 6 out of 5 Stars. Thanks Ocean Therapy!

There is so much I could say about this amazing home! What a perfect spot for a vacation right on the beach with the most amazing view from every spot in the house!! The house was so clean and comfy when we got there, the best place for a fun beach day, and a great day for fishing! I would totally recommend this house to anybody who wants a perfect vacation! When we look for a property to rent, there are three criteria / expectations we want in addition to an great location. First is the layout (including bedrooms with ensuite baths) along with modern (up to date) appliances and facilities. Next is the proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and nearby activities. And finally (and most importantly) a property manager / owner who is easy to communicate with, helps solve any issues or answer questions in a expedient and positive manner. "Ocean Therapy" is a beautiful home with all the amenities one would need. Pictures on Vrbo are accurate. Views are amazing from almost every room. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of towels, etc. Great kitchen appliances, pots/pans, dishes, etc. My son cooked a very elegant dinner for us one night (his choice!) and everything he needed was there. Also, and importantly, the Host, Armando, was a pleasure to deal with. From the time we chose "Ocean Therapy" until our departure he was very easy to contact, was very accommodating and immediately responded to any communications we sent. We loved our time there and will look forward to returning! Thank you, Armando!!!!!!! The Shermans
