"Check in process was very confusing due to providing the incorrect location of the lockbox.Listing states parking is available, yet that is not the case you have to go to a lot and pay for parking.Wifi didn’t work at all for us.Bed was VERY uncomfortable in the master, springs popping out.Bathroom had no mirror, the only mirror was inconveniently located behind the door in an armoire shower was lukewarm at best.In need of some updating."

"We stayed one evening at the home, my daughter, husband and I. The house was not in a great shape from the outside. Large amounts of chipping paint and nesting birds causing a badly muck stained window (nothing like in the advertising picture). We stayed during the heat wave and the house was so hot. We couldn’t keep the windows open because they could be accessed from the outside easily. "Absoulety gorgeous hotel, food, service was incredible and staff were so welcoming warm and professional. Other than the spa lady this morning around half 10 I wasn’t sure of her name, however myself and my husband were having a swim before we checked out at 11 and the spa was empty and we were laughing and told to keep the noise down in quite a rude manner. I found it inappropriate as no one else was using the facilities and pool or spa at the time and we were the only ones there I appreciate keeping the noise to a minimal level for others to relax and we were very curtious and conscious of this. It was rather patronising and rose to end the experience. However the spa lady prior the day before and in the morning up until 10.30 was very warm and welcoming offering beverages and going above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory stay! Thanks so much we’ll be coming again"
