"I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Great Hotel with fantastic staff

"The hotel was easy to find, easy to park and the staff both in reception, restaurant for dinner and breakfast were first class ( Possibly the best I've interacted within in UK ).. they upgraded room to lakeside which was lovely but the only criticism was the double bed i booked ended up being 2 single ..."
