Located halfway up the hillside, the house overlooks a small bay—Cala Feola—which is about a five-minute walk away and features a small, well-equipped beach and the option to rent a boat.

Amid spacious, flower-filled terraces (250 square meters), furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs, and sun loungers—some shaded by mats to provide a cool and comfortable outdoor space during the hottest hours of the day, after a dip in the flower-filled pool—stand the three white, cube-shaped buildings with domed roofs, typical of Ponza’s traditional architecture.
The house offers two double bedrooms and one with three single beds, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, and two bathrooms with showers. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room of the main building; a small single bedroom is available near the pool.
On the terrace adjacent to the main building, another double bedroom with a bathroom is available upon request.
Outside, there is a shower and a sink. A fully equipped barbecue area is provided.
Other things to keep in mind
The garden and pool are maintained daily, either early in the morning or at times to be agreed upon with the guests. For an additional fee, laundry service (€15 per load) and daily cleaning (€10 per hour) are available upon request.
