Europe's largest natural harbor invites you to explore Poole Quay's maritime heritage and take boat trips to Brownsea Island's wildlife sanctuary. Families love the golden sands of Sandbanks Beach, while history buffs can tour the free Poole Museum housed in a medieval wool warehouse.
Beautiful hotel/pub with a great location near the beach. The room was comfortable with all amenities and some lovely personal touches (the toiletries were excellent and the homemade chocolate treats were, well, a treat!) The food in the pub was also great. Will stay again!

Lovely stay. The staff upgraded us to a larger room because of the extra stairs we had to climb with our luggage. They did not charge us. Dinner was delicious, and the service wonderful.

My husband, daughter & I spent 2 nights at this very clean & comfortable hotel. Our room & bathroom were spacious for 3 adults.
The location was great, easy walk along the waterfront, into town & to restaurants. The parking permit provided by the hotel was most helpful, & even though May was a busy time, we were able to find parking in close proximity to hotel.
Breakfasts were delicious. Claire & Mark were extremely accommodating to our request to have breakfast earlier than served on our...
