The other property was so nice a full one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs apartment with a huge patio right in the middle of the olive groves. The purpose of our visit was genealogy in Cupra Marittima and this was just a few minutes' drive down the beach. We cooked dinner in the beautifully appointed kitchen each night and enjoyed the view. The place was spotless, equipped with all we needed and has a most beautiful secluded garden with shade and comfortable chairs and table. We stayed an extra night as it was so enjoyable. We would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting a quiet and delightful place to stay at a most reasonable cost."

We were given an apartment that contained sticky, incomplete dishes, extremely stained mattresses, unusable blankets, a non-functioning oven, a broken shower head, a dirty shower, very unkempt grounds, broken garden furniture, and green, diseased pool water.
