Concernant la chambre, elle est de bon standing mais des bruits sourds des canalisations tout le temps (sommeil léger--> à éviter)

“Stanza con bella vista sul mare. Il vero punto di forza è stata Irina, la cameriera che è stata simpaticissima, molto disponibile a dare consigli sui posti da visitare, è entrata subito in sintonia con me e la mia compagna, facendoci sentire come a casa nostra.
Per noi Porto Matina è Irina, con la sua empatia e la sua propensione al cliente.
Ottima la pulizia, effettuata tutti i giorni, con cambio lenzuola quotidiano e talvolta cambio asciugamani.
Consigliato per coppie e famiglie con bimbi……
“The hotel is near de beach but the water there is not that clean . We went to other beaches in other locations . The hotel is nice , the personal are wonderful ! I didnt like the AC in the room because they management of the hotel blocked it at 24 degress celsius and you could not change that .”
“The outside of the hotel was lovely with a modern look but we were put in the basement down some stairs in the back which was very dark and gloomy and smelled moldy and the washroom was painted in a dark red even the ceiling and including the tiles, making it look like a dungeon, we complained and for extra cost were moved to the first floor but the washroom was still the ugly red and the balcony was facing the street. We paid for 2 nights but left after the first night. There was no staff at……
“Great accomodation; location is very good, walking distance to beach and restaurants and a quiet street. Also the rooms are cozy and comfortable.
What I was missing is a breakfast service. There are only a few beds at the pool. And when you have a room with pool access, you don't have a sunbed at your terrace.”
“Really bad customer service! It is as confirmed about only a bot saying exactly the same polite sentences promising to help or to contact the hotel but never do.
They quickly received the hotelpayment and the information about the hotel was missleading information, unexisting services were mentioned on the hotel, no resoect of requests either and they did not even have a cooperation with the hotel.
Absolutely a scam! I wasted hours to contact them 4 times to get the status of my ticket,……
“Hotellialue kuivunut ja epäsiistin näköinen, siihen ei oltu panostettu.
Huone oli pimeä, nuhjuinen ja kolkko, siellä oli ötököitä.
Ulkoalueella ampiaisia.
Yleinen tunnelma ei ollut vastaanottava ja tuntuu että henkilökunta ei yrittänyt parastaan.
Aamiainen ihan ok, esillepano ruma ja astiat likaisia.
Uima-allas siisti mutta suolavettä.
Meren ranta roskainen, tupakantumppeja yms.
Hotelli sijaitsee syrjäisellä alueella jossa ei ole lähistöllä kauppoja ja ravintoloita tai muita……
