Thanks to the proximity of beaches, coastal paths, and an authentic atmosphere, your accommodation benefits from a privileged location for a relaxing stay on the Jade Coast, and to explore Pornic on foot or by bicycle. "Ty Maria" is a typical house, fully renovated, measuring 50 m² over two levels and able to accommodate up to 4 people. It has two bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite with a private bathroom, a toilet, a television and a small balcony. On the ground floor, the open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a French press, a toaster, a citrus press, a blender, a kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment. The living-dining room has a television and a WIFI connection with fibre. An additional bathroom and an independent toilet complete this level. Enjoy the intimate terrace, without overlooking neighbours, equipped with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Also available: a hairdryer, a shopping trolley and childcare equipment (high chair and travel cot). Public parking on the street. Strand, Hafen, Markt,.. alles prima zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings ist Pornic etwas hügelig. Das Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Duschen und die Toilette unten sind etwas klein, die Sitzmöbel könnten bequemer sein. Étant venu en train et circulant toujours à pieds nous avons trouvé Pornic un peu trop vallonné avec beaucoup d’escaliers. Malgré tout nous avons aimé le marché du dimanche et jeudi matin très bien achalandé. Nous avons apprécié le restaurant Marius, la crêperie Rit ainsi que la plage la plus proche .
