“Ty Maria”, in the heart of Pornic

"Ty Maria" is a typical house, fully renovated, measuring 50 m² over two levels and able to accommodate up to 4 people.

It has on the upper floor two bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a private bathroom, a toilet, a television and a small balcony.

On the ground floor the open-plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a cafetière, a toaster, a citrus press, a blender, a kettle and all necessary kitchen equipment. The lounge-dining room has a television and WIFI connection with fibre. An additional bathroom and an independent toilet complete this level.



Enjoy the intimate terrace with no overlooking neighbours, equipped with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Also at your disposal: a hairdryer, a shopping trolley and childcare equipment (high chair and travel cot).
