Nice place to stay.close to the Vistana music Venue where we went for a concert and lots of places to eat there is even a mall close by we went to in our down time! Bedroom Was clean and bed comfortable

The air conditioning unit in our room didn’t allow us much sleep. Every half hour, the unit would kick in and rattle very loudly, it sounded like a car with a hole in the muffler. It would continue to get louder for about 3-4 minutes, and then seem like it was ready to explode, but it would just shut itself off, for about a half hour before it would start all over again. It continued all night long and all morning until we checked out. I mentioned it when I checked out, and the man checking me out didn’t apologize, just told me he’d have the maintenance man take a look at it. The bathroom sink must have had a leak somewhere, as the whole counter was soaked in the morning. And the breakfast was not good. We went out to the breakfast area around 8:15, and there was no bread left for toast, only a couple of oranges for fruit, most of the cereal was gone and what was left was laying all over the counter. All that was left was some scrambled eggs and some biscuits. So we checked out and stopped for breakfast on our way home. Would not recommend this place at all, didn't look like the room had been dusted in ages, and we had a no smoking room that smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

The room was very musty smelling. There were no bath towels in the room and we had to go get them. The morning staff was grumpy. I found the plates to refill them for breakfast. I reminded them they were out of napkins and coffee.
