“I called to hotel prior to our arrival to request a rollaway bed. When we checked into our room, there was no rollaway bed in the room. We went to the front desk to inquire about the rollaway bed. They said they would get one in our room. However, when they check to room they gave us, they said we would have to change rooms because the room they gave us was not up to code for a rollaway. Why didn't they know that before we put our stuff in our room. We had to take all our belongings and move……

“Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke ”

“Room was clean and served my needs. Staff was very polite and professional. There were numerous travel sports teams also staying at the hotel. They overran the common areas, held up the elevators trying to play and be funny and ran the halls on my floor until after midnight.”

“Clean rooms, large for a big family (expanded double queen room sleeps 6 comfortably). Two TVs in the space, kids don't argue! Staff were pleasant and checl-in was easy. There was a large outdoor event happening when we arrived, which was loud in our room (we faced the event), but it ended right when the staff said it would, right around 9 pm. Quiet building overnight, air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was included - pancake maker broken, but sausage, eggs, hash browns and French toast,……

“I did have someone else's hair in my shower, so that was a bit icky. I will say the young, blonde receptionist who checked me in late at night and also checked me out at 5am was a SUPERB employee. Always smiling and even walked me to my room late at night when my key wasn't working :)”

“When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. “Our stay was good. Staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was clean, except there was a damp, musty carpet sort of smell that I'm sure wasn't helped by the overall summer humidity. Breakfast was very well appointed and attended to by the woman working there. Overall, would be back, but will hope for a fresher smelling room.”
