"We were surprised this is considered a 4 star hotel. It is in need of a renovation. The property appeared old and run down, the main elevators weren't working or were very slow. You could not drink the water unless you are an elite member. The duvet was in between 2 thin sheets and not between an actual duvet cover. The room was clean however, which is the most important thing to me. The staff was also kind. It is also very busy with events (weddings, dance competition, etc.)"

"The Pod was conveniently located, with The Landwher cafe on premise. It was very clean and the staff responded immediately when the toilet wouldn’t flush.The rooms are, well, PODS so small and functional. The landscaping on the roof and grounds is lovely!"

"The Rooms Were Newly Renovated,Clean... BUT Missing The Small DETAILS!!...like hand Soap or cups in b/Bathroom,Unable to Adjust Shower head...2 Small, Too Soft Pillows, Hard Mattress, No Garbage Can In Bedroom, No PHONE SERVICE to Front Desk..... Although Staff Was Nice!"
