“We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff who looked after us were truly amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The room and all common areas were spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were abundant, varied and fresh. So much choice! The staff completely made our holiday, they were so friendly, informative and wanted us to have a great stay. Hotel rooms are modern, well equipped, very stylish and extremely comfortable. “We had high expectations for this property, especially given the good communication from the owner before our arrival, who provided helpful information. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped.
The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets……
