Please note this property is fully fenced and gated with your private four digit security pin to enter at the gate entrance access with a 24/7 video/audio and an unmornitored alarm security system protecting the exterior of the building for added security and peace of mind for our guests. Furthermore these security monitors and safety devices are located at the building exteriors only and not interior to the building to protect our guests privacy. Please note owner lives in the main house which separate from the Flat and nothing is share except for the pool that's located at the back of the main house Owner lives in the main house that's a separate 6 bedroom 4 bathrooms all on the same 2 acres property. The Inlaw Flat is connected to the main house by a single wall but neither the Flat on the main house is accessible through the shared was so no worries. By renting the Inlaw Flat house you will have complete control and access of the Inlaw Flat house without interpretation because the inlaw Flat is completely self sustained and doesn't share anything with the main house. You Privacy, safety and comfort is the top priority when you rent this property and it doesn't hurt that the property owners are near by to help ensure you have wonderful and relaxing stay. Every aspect of planning this trip was seamless. We celebrated our adult daughter’s birthday with 2 grandchildren and towards the end of our stay were joined by my sister and her 2 grandbabies. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed a birthday Barbque! It was nice to be able to do our laundry and at the end of each day to enjoy the beautiful pool. It was the perfect distance to Weeki Wachee and some of the other sights we wished to enjoy. This was a beautiful place with a wonderful pool to enjoy. The neighbourhood is quiet and filled with friendly neighbours. This shared space is so private and if you need anything the hosts are next door, very willing to accommodate you to ensure your stay is special. The fenced yard off the lanai is an added bonus for dogs. We really enjoyed our stay at Sand Pines Court! We were delighted to find a property very close to our relatives’ home. It was a work trip for us, so we didn’t have time to explore the area. It was nice to have a quiet, clean, comfortable place to spend the night after a long hard day. The flat had every amenity we could ask for. Set in a quiet upscale neighborhood this property is like a mothers-in-law apt and it has a two car garage. There are two bedrooms (master with TV), two baths (master bedroom with a walk in shower), well equipped kitchen, kitchenette with seating for 6, living room with TV and wifi, and access to the resident's beautiful heated pool. The property owners live in their home, but other than seeing them working outside in the yards (2 acres) we had all the privacy we needed. The owners are very friendly and most accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Though we often prepared meals in the apt, restaurants are in abundance within a 15 minute drive. As this was our first time using VRBO we didn’t know what to expect. We were welcomed with open arms and Charles and his wife were very upbeat and assisted us with whatever we needed. Their location is perfect for a nice quite relaxing vacation. The MIL suite was great, had everything that we needed for our extended stay. Our 2 small dogs enjoyed the fenced yard and laying in the sun on the screened porch. The pool was great, facing south allowing for sunning the whole day. Location is within 20 minutes from the beach; with lots of golfing & kayaking too.
