For starters, no vacation rental is perfect but this one met all our needs. ProsHouse was clean and mostly updated.Pool was warm and clean. Plenty of towels, toys, floats, and furniture to have fun and relax. White privacy fence around the pool was nice.The kids loved the playground. There is rubber mulch for safety. There is a path around the pool to ride scooter toys.The ping pong table and arcade were a big hit.The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils for our needs.The beds were comfortable and fit our family of 6 easily.Smart TVs in all rooms.There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms.The beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels were a big plus.Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.NeutralThis home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Several dog walkers and runners. People were friendly, waved and would say “hi”. Several homes need repairs and several are updated nicely. If you are looking for a vacation rental neighborhood this might not be for you. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing home this is it.Cabinets need updating but have nice counter tops. There is plenty of room and they were clean. This in no way affected our trip. ConsBeach locations. There are 2 beaches within 25-30 min. They are small with roped off swimming areas. Public bathrooms and showers are available. Better beaches are south around Tarpon Springs or even further South towards Clearwater.Insects. That’s Florida for you.Distance to theme parks.
