Was nice there where a few ammenties there. The bedroom off the kitchen could use a different mattress or frame. Leaned you to middle of bed. This house is very well stocked with towels and condiments which is so helpful when staying just a few days. There’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Although it’s advertised that the pool is heated, it is not, but the pool is very awesome and the hot tub was very enjoyable my kids were in the pool from day to night. Nice location close to many grocery stores and restaurants. My only negative is that the HVAC system had a hard time keeping the house cool. When I contacted the owners they said the system couldn’t keep up with the humidity. I have a son with severe asthma so a warm house was difficult for him to relax and sleep. Ann and Cindi are awesome hosts and do everything to make sure you enjoy your stay. We love the pool and hot tub and enjoyed our morning coffee and happy hour on the covered patio. Lots of games for family fun too! We hosted a lovely dinner party one evening and my father in law enjoyed seeing the kids play in the pool. Conveniently located to Tarpon Springs , great restaurants and mini golf. My daughter and I stayed at the Nest and could not have been more pleased. Cindie, the property manager, was absolutely amazing and very attentive. During our stay, the weather was on the chillier side, but Cindie did everything she could to help make our visit pleasant and without any issue. She ensured the hot tub and pool were warm and inviting. She also brought us a nice bottle of wine that was magnificent!! Home was very clean and comfortable. Everyone in family loved the pool. We will definitely stay again when we visit family in the area. There's pictures area a great representation but being here in person.... Just wow. They homeowners thought of everything to make it comfortable and simply put true thought into every aspect of this beautiful property. But above that the wonderful homeowners care about your stay we were in touch multiple times due to a hurricane and they made sure we were safe and have any and everything we needed, while having to also deal with themselves being in the path of destruction. I can not say enough about the perfect property nor these wonderful owners.
