The overall place was in rough shape, the base boards were visibly filthy, I was greeted by knats, and the couch had stains that may have been from a male human being- maybe a male dog with a sex drive. The friends I visited in Port Richey said the place is known for hourly bookings- so maybe not a dog.
The bed has spots showing through the sheets which caused me to lift the corner of the sheet and the mattress was covered in stains. I got sick to my stomach and grabbed my stuff and left.
I immediately messaged Expedia to complain and they attempted to request a refund but the hotel declined saying I should have spoke to them and they could have changed my room- as if the room I was given was an outlier and the rest were amazing. Anyway Expedia tried but I am out the cost but hopefully my lesson saves someone.

I want live a good review I am in business but the property is unsafe.
If you have children please check it out before and also if you are vilunarable. Them could not get my money back. Although I love Expedia the non having a live operator really was not good. I appreciate Expedia it's easy up use love the pet friendly gesture but I really would think about live operators especially for emergencies. I stood in my mold hole for the hurricane then chance that. Front desk said they canceled because I chose not to stay will spare both of us the details. I am glad I had my place that could went back to flerp. Not a good experience but uee Expedia thru the storm is really helpful until this hotel with thos experience.

The rooms were dirty and had no supplies like toilet paper and there is no staff to clean ur room i literally had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the room.\n Was horrible, gave them the betting from the beds and never got it back. The parking was okay somewhat.\nIt was just horrible experience definitely will never stay there again
