    Direct beachfront access! You'll fall in love with our beachfront townhome on Cape San Blas, FL! Perfect for a couples getaway or trip with friends or family, this home has it all - three bedrooms (plus a sleeper sofa!), three and a half baths, a fully stocked kitchen, separate living/entertaining and sleeping spaces, and the most incredible view of the gulf. Even better, it's just steps from the ocean. No need to haul everything down to the beach for the day when you have easy access to where you're staying - for a quick trip inside to make lunch or take a nap. We hope you'll take the opportunity to catch the sunset from one of the three beachfront porches, have a bonfire and s'mores on the beach, and enjoy the restful, uncrowded beach that we've been visiting since 1995. It's truly a getaway and we look forward to sharing it with you!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We will book again. If you are looking to stay on the beach, this is the place. The views from all 3 balconies were perfect!! The beds were comfy and the bedding was so cool and soft especially after a hot day in the sun.

Great rooms with full views of the ocean.Kitchen pots were found in the bathroom closet and although there was a mixer and pans for baking, there was no baking spatula. Bedding for the fold out had a hole in it. Spice cabinet was less than advertised. Salt and Pepper. We appreciated the beach chairs and the beach itself was fantastic. Felt very safe.However, overall we had a wonderful time.

Fantastic house and located right on the beach!!!

I can't say enough about this property and the owner!! It was clean and had all the amenities we could ever need and also had on hand spices for our use. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. The whole house was beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Last Minute Spring Break

Great location on the beach! Listened to waves crash all night, played in them during the day. Close to state park so when the waves get too crazy on the beach we could take kids to Eagle Harbor and play on the sand flat in St Joseph Bay. Great location!

Property was gorgeous. Had all the amenities you would need for a perfect beach vacation. Even a covered shower outside to rinse off after a day in the sand! Would absolutely book again in the future!

Great Week if Vacation

Our family really enjoyed this getaway. Great location right on the beach! One thing to know is the stairs are open slotted so for smaller children that may be a factor. Great property though!

Great Vacation Rental

Wonderful! Our third year at this rental. Can’t find a better place to rent and Cape San Blas is the best hidden gem of the Emerald coast. Ashley is easy to work with, she keeps you informed and checks with you during your stay to make sure all is going well. Can’t wait for next year!!

Beautiful stay & attentive host

We had a great stay & appreciated the timely communication from our host. The unit was comfortable, updated & well supplied. While we found it to be clean upon arrival, giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there was one detail that was missed & we found the source upon checkout (a soiled pillow that was contributing to a pet urine smell we couldn't pinpoint in the master bedroom). The host was gracious in responding to this finding & replaced the pillow for the next renters.

Overall it was a good visit. The drawback was neighbors on one side that smoked on their balcony and neighbors on the other side had three dogs that barked. The balconies are not designed with privacy in mind. The view was good

Thanksgiving get away

The property was well equipped and gorgeous. Ocean front view from all floors. We enjoyed family time with my son and his family and my husband. We had one great sunny day on the beach and cold and rainy the other days but gave us an opportunity to visit and watch movies. One caution if elderly visitors the stairs will get to you, we all left with sore calves. :)

PERFECT SPOT ON THE GULF

We really enjoyed our stay this past week. The unit was just perfect. Furnishings and beds were very comfortable and the unit was spotless upon our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with more than we needed. I think the balconies and beautiful view of the beach was our favorite spot. Didn't even have to leave the deck to see the sunsets. Our host, Ashley, was very helpful with check in and was very responsive to any of the questions we had after check in. We look forward to returning again in the same spot.

Blessed week

The condo was amazing very clean and well stocked. Views from the deck were out of this world beautiful. Love everything about the location and the condo except… too many stairs for older folks like us with Arthur Ritis following us around. The master on the main level would’ve made it perfect. But overall I highly recommend to anyone with strong legs.

Perfect Location for CSB Getaway

From booking forward, Ashley was great to deal with. She’s got some of the best checkin & checkout docs I’ve seen and she communicated with us throughout our stay. The unit is at the far end of the Barrier Dunes complex and directly faces the water; it’s the second of four units in the building when you approach. We prefer the north end of the peninsula so this is the perfect location for us, quick access to the state park on foot via the beach or in your car. The condo was extremely clean & very well stocked. It was actually better stocked than many of the larger houses we’ve rented on the Cape. The clean grill was a huge bonus. The unit faces West and has three decks facing the Gulf, each with a great view. Beach access is easy with stairs right off the main floor deck and a pathway to the beach access point directly next to the building.Unit has a ton of chairs in a secure closet under the house. Trash is also located under the house. Unlike many other rentals trash must be placed on the curb for pick up in bags. With 3 flights of stairs make sure you’re prepared to carry heavy items upstairs, especially if using the suite on the top floor. This was not a problem with just two of us but if traveling with a larger family or seniors keep this in mind.Lastly, if you drive a large vehicle (I’ve got an F250) parking under the house is feasible but backing out is a challenge. Next time I’ll inquire about parking in the small lot around the corner.We will be back!

Townhome was fully stocked as described in the property description from kitchen utensils, pots, and pans to towels. The host responded promptly to all of the questions that I asked and made check-in easy. The home is a bit worn, possibly from age, but also due to normal wear and tear, so don't expect a newer environment, but it was clean.The walk to the beach was right out from the back deck, which was probably the best part, especially with the ocean view and sunsets!
