This Windmark Beach beauty has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and room for up to 8 guests—perfect for your next getaway. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a five-star meal, from major appliances to a wine cooler (because who doesn't need a little extra fun?). With seating for 12 between the kitchen bar and dining room table, there’s plenty of room to share stories and meals. Plus, two screened-in porches are ideal for sipping your morning coffee or afternoon tea while the ocean breeze keeps you relaxed. Want to grill? The gas grill is ready for cookouts, propane provided. When you’re ready to cool off, dive into the community pool, or stroll over to the lively city center for shopping and dining. You’re in the perfect spot for a vacation full of fun and relaxation. Bringing your furry friend along? You're in luck—Once Upon a Tide is pet friendly! This was truly a "WOW" moment when we walked inside. It had an ideal floor plan for our family. Grandparents had separate sleeping area and large split bathroom with private water closet that could be used by anyone with a large family. There were 7 of us, minus one 20yr old grandchild away on another trip. Plenty of room for our 23, 17 and 14 yr olds in nice room with 2 bunk beds and large closet. Mom and Dad had plenty of room with large closet and large bathroom separated the two bedrooms. Kitchen and dining area unbelievably large for 3-4 cooks. Living room area had room enough for all, as well as the two 4-legged lap-grands! The 1/2 bath accessible with the side entrance and across the hall, the laundry area...very well used by the younger members. All four of the TV's worked and had great reception. Most of the time was spent by all in the accommodating screened porch in the front of the house. It was nice, the way the house was placed on the lot...never had sun facing us! A very nice 4th of July parade of patriotic decorated golf carts that lasted a good while. Easy enough for a quick walk or ride to the boardwalk to the beach. A most quiet stay and friendly folks around. Very spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed (a few more dish towels would've been great, but I always pack a few extras) The home is so pretty and tastefully decorated....not too over the top. We really enjoyed the screened front porch and open living area. There were a few minor issues but management always responded fairly quickly. It was a short walk to the beach, but needed to drive to the pool. Nice quiet neighborhood. The outside shower (with warm water) was especially nice! And the house even had a few beach items to borrow....a boogie board, chairs, and an umbrella. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our first time in Port St. Joe and we loved how the beaches weren’t crowded at all. The walk to the beach isn’t bad but the community pool is pretty far and we had to drive. I expected the pool to be bigger and we only ended up going once because it was so crowded on the day we tried it. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. Highly recommend trying the Shipwreck restaurant which is only 7 mins from the house. So delicious! It was decorated perfectly and the layout was awesome. My only negative was the fact that you can't turn the thermostat below 72\. The home is so cheerful and comfortable. The neighborhood is so unique with the beach a few minutes walk away, shops, restaurants and pool area. It would be very nice to have a golf cart here. New Wave stays on top of everything. All the rooms are so spacious and the kitchen had everything and more than you would need! We especially enjoyed all of the outside porches and comfortable furniture. There was a problem with the TV not working but they were prompt trying to resolve the issue. This did not keep us from having a great weekend! House was immaculate and kitchen had everything we needed.
