"This property is beautiful and extremely clean. We loved having the 2 balconies & the kitchen. The staff is exceptional, responsive & helpful. They go above and beyond to help in any way possible. The location, while close to the action of bustling tourism, is seedy, with homeless encamped outside the entrance and was hard to find at first. "We had a great time here. Lovely, spacious room overlooking the piazza. The staff were really helpful, and always someone available to ask. The breakfast was outstanding! We have never seen such a spread of different foods laid out for us! The location of the hotel is great for travelling around the city.
