“Great little boutique hotel with a welcome staff, beautifully, clean rooms, vaulted ceilings, and right on the edge of all the action in Palermo. Beautifully landscaped around the perimeter of the hotel with a nice inviting Hot Tub and A sunning and swimming area as well. And a top notch breakfast spread every morning was a welcome site.”

“The area looked like party central at night. However once you got inside the room was very nice. Breakfast was great. Alessandro was very helpful and eager to please.”

“We loved our room and check-in was relatively simple. We would have preferred someone onsite to greet us and provide information in person, but we managed. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time, that the room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator available. Trying to get our luggage up 3 flights of steep narrow stairs was not easy! But once we got up to our room, we found it quite nice and comfortable.”

“Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. ”

“The Palazzo Balsamo is a new hotel and elegantly appointed. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast and dining area were quite pleasant. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and kindness of the staff, who were quite helpful. We wish we had extended our stay longer.”
