"I love they had breakfast in the morning The staff were very respectful great and at your assistance My room was a 4/10 tho they didn’t vacuum My room had a real strong order but once I reported it they didn’t vacuum come in fix the order and more that I did need which made the rate of the room go from 4/10 to a 7/10 I believe they need more cleaning supplies they need to vacuum more and also they need to have someone to clean the elevators and hall around the clock to maintain the up keeping of the whole facility they also need security due to homeless issue outside but the whole experience is a 7/10"

"We booked this based on their details that they provided gated parking and also had direct shuttle service to the airport. They don’t offer overnight paid parking for the airport and they’ll shuttle doesn’t start until 5am, so neither worked for us. The restaurant was great and our food was really good! Don’t work out for our needs but we’d stay there again."

"Our room was clean, and our floor was quiet. It was a very pleasant stay. It was not far from the Cynthia Mitchell Woods Pavilion, where we had attended an event. This is our second stay here, and we enjoyed it. The breakfast was yummy, and the pool and hot tub were clean. The hot tub was not terribly hot, but it was bubbly and comfortable."
