Communication was great and really quick responses to any questions we had during our stay. This was a perfect place to stay for the two of us. If it was a larger group or a family the main living area might be a bit small. There is a garage off the kitchen that has been made into an additional place to hang out but it was too cold while we were there to use the area, even with a heater plugged in. It would be great to use that space in nicer weather along with the nice backyard. Every detail was covered from the very first moment we stepped through the door (and even beforehand when receiving information about the property from the owners). We were so impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the home and furnishings. The ease of check-in and out was a bonus and all of the amenities were exceptional (Bluetooth speakers, fully stocked kitchen, laundry/dishwasher pods to name a few).
