Wonderful 2 night stay! Such a quaint and cozy hotel! Beautiful lobby and rooms and gorgeous flowers in the property! Boardwalk access right to the beach from the parking lot! Lovely stay!

We had a great weekend staying at The Edgewater. The room was very clean and comfortable with a fun seaside vibe. The location was great right by the beach and a short walk to the center of Old Orchard Beach. The staff were warm and welcoming and I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

We had an excellent stay! The staff, from check-in to housekeeping, we friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well kept. It is definately the best quality room that I’ve ever had in this price range on the beach.

Quick one night stop-over on our way up the coast. Very compact area as you would expect from a coastal vacation town, but quite manageable. The place is in good condition and is comfortable with easy access to the beach and the town.
