“Very nice nd modern. Noisy at night due to the tram so bring ear plugs. The staff were superb and friendly. The breakfast was better than most restaurants in the area”
“Unfortunately, this was one of the worst four-star hotel experiences I have ever had. The condition of the hotel was completely unacceptable and, in my opinion, nowhere near the standard one would reasonably expect from a four-star property.
The issues included:
● Throughout the bathroom, numerous tiles were chipped or damaged, leaving dangerously sharp edges.
● There were red stains on the bathroom floor.
● The room had stains on the walls in various places and was generally very run-down……
