The hotel was perfect . Very easy to self check in and the actually check in for tax payment is only a few minutes up the street . The hotel is very centered to everything and has a little balcony overlooking the square. You’re also briefly able to pull right in front of hotel to unload your luggage. We had a rental and utilized Telpark , which was literally a 5 minute walk away and super cheap w/ in and out privilege. Also recommended the tasting menu at DomoDomo next door; it was adorable and delicious. When back in Porto I’ll rent here again .

Loved the location. So central to everything. And everything we needed was there - blow dryer, cutlery, microwave… Also, the pullout bed was big and in a separate area, which was perfect for traveling with kids!

We came to Porto to experience all it had to offer. We found we were in walking distance from everything without having to be in the midst of multiple tourists. It was quiet neighborhood. We had access to transit easily and found the place quaint and clean

Very nice modern studio with great features, full kitchen, excellent location to everything including transportation. Very functionally designed for a comfortable no worries stay. Would highly recommend. Also the staff at the check-in office Liliana and Maria were extremely helpful in finding us other options during our stay.

Fantastic accommodation option on a quiet street very close to the Mercado, restaurants and shopping. Porto is so walkable anyway, but it’s great to be at the centre of so much. Staff were amazing. Check-in location is a short walk to the accommodation. Kitchen facilities provide a handy self-sufficiency option.

Best experience at this property. We got the transfer service from the airport. Fast and efficient. Maria greeted us at the office and was helpful and very kind. Gave us suggestions. Parking is a caveat

Parking is near the check in office which is 8 to 10 minutes walking distance or 5 to 7 minutes driving depending on traffic. Had to go back and forth to get things settled in.

There was good communication from the office to me that they would organize the check in. And the apartment itself was nice and the cleaners were helpful and friendly and I'm glad to have met them on the start of my journey as one of them asked for a blessing on my journey. I found Porto to be a mixed bag of beauty and other poor districts and people to be city folks, but those good wishes from the cleaning staff on leaving made my futher journey so much better. Muito Obrigado.

Great location, clean. Maria very helpful. Downsides: pan not induction ready but pot was. No directions on how to use appliances. Unclear if shower soap was also shampoo? Dishwasher loud and creaky sounding like it was breaking, unclear if recycling done. Scant checkout instructions. Management didn’t respond in a timely fashion. If you didn’t have a smart phone or map it would be difficult to find where to check in.

The location worked for me. Check-in process is removed from the exact property 8mins walk away. Information about this was communicated 3days prior my stay. Once I got the access details, everything was seamless. Trindade station is steps away and Sao Bento station is 12mins walk downhill. The features of the room was as advertised. The kitchen was fully equipped. I even had a welcome wine. Some design/construction deficiency with doors to some cabinets not done correctly and cannot open efficiently. Other than that, my stay was great and definitely will stay here again next time I visit Porto. Special mention to Lilliana for the providing a very good overview of Porto. The map with all her scribbles was very useful.
