Important Information Regarding Access: Our home, nestled in the tranquility of Monte di Portofino, offers a unique experience in harmony with nature. Nevertheless, we would like to inform our guests of some essential logistical details: Access: The property is located on a hillside and can be reached via an uphill walking path. Check-in Times: From 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the latest (no exceptions). We cannot guarantee access after this time due to organizational and safety reasons. Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Luggage service: Available upon request at least 48 hours before arrival. There is an additional charge for this service, which varies depending on the amount of luggage. Arrival notification: You must provide clear details regarding your arrival time and method at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, access cannot be guaranteed at the scheduled time. Access to the apartment is picturesque and charming: the property is located on the hills above Portofino and offers a unique view and an atmosphere of total privacy, away from the crowds but just a few minutes from the Riviera’s most exclusive attractions. There are two possible entry points: (a) by driving up the road, you can get within about 150 meters of the apartment, but you’ll still need to carry your luggage up some steps. (b) by taking the scenic road from below, a walk of about 5 minutes that allows you to enter from the lower level. In any case, our staff will be available to assist you, provided the service is arranged in advance. For this type of property, self-check-in is not available, nor can we make exceptions to the pre-set check-in times.
